Dr. Raffaele Ingenito was appointed Scientific Director of BlueHyS Srl (Molecular Hydrogen Therapy) in April 2021. He is the co-founder, Scientific Director and Sole Director of Naturamla Srl, a company that deals with medical devices, functional nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical research and development. Scientific Consultant and member of the Scientific Board of Ekracom Srl (Light for life) – Raffaele held the role of Principal Investigator at IRBM Spa (Pomezia – Rome – Italy) from February 2010 to December 2019 with responsibility in guiding various planning and research of new peptide drugs for various pharmaceutical companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field, in R&D strategies, from design to production. After obtaining the PhD in Chemical Sciences at the University of Naples (Italy), he moved to the Humboldt-Universität of Berlin for Postdoctoral Fellow and subsequently to the Jerini AG-Department JPT-Berlin-Germany as head of the Peptide / Protein laboratory. . Before joining IRBM SPA in 2010, he was Senior Scientist and Project Leader in the Peptide Center of Excellence at Merck, Sharp and Dohme (MRL) from 2006 to 2010. He is the author of numerous scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and inventor in several patent applications.
